Thoughts About My Photography
I take a lot of pictures, mostly of my kids. I really want them to be good, and I think they are. Of course I realize that I am no where close to taking professional quality photos. I really really wish I could. I don't even know where to start. I have a couple of nice cameras, but I know it's not the camera that makes a good photo. I'm still trying to learn about all the different settings, but it's hard when I have no one to learn from. So if you look at my work, please help me out a bit! Thanks!!

What's up Doc?
My family is doing okay, considering the economic downfall. My husband works hard to support us and is doing a wonderful job. It's hard, especially with 3 kids to take care of. The kids themselves couldn't be more wonderful. They are all such smart and happy children. I take my oldest to the library regularly, he enjoys it very much. He loves to do puzzles and to be read to (and even memorizes what I read, so he can "read" it himself). My middle child is working hard to catch up with his older brother. He enjoys electronics, and taking things apart to see how they work. My baby girl is growing up too fast. I can't believe that in just a few short months she will be 1 year old. She started walking when she turned 8 months old, just like her brothers. She does other things that are advanced for her age. She says 5 words and can even follow simple directions. I'd like to say that my children are this way because of my excellent mothering skills lol, but I really cannot take all the credit. God has blessed me more than I deserve.
My mother moved out here to be with us, so now I have my entire family close. It's really nice to have her around because it was hard to give my children the individual attention they need. Now I can take them out one at a time and it really has made a big difference in both them and me. I have been feeling very drained these last few years, and now I can feel my energy coming back. My sister and I joined a gym and we are doing really well so far. Pretty soon I'll feel comfortable enough to take a photo of more than just my face!
I really love living out here, it is so beautiful and I love the beach! At the same time I miss my hometown. My husband wants to go back, because he misses his extended family, and I miss them too. Maybe it's not the town itself I miss, but a big city in general. We live in such a small town, it really sucks. There is nothing to do with children, (except for the park and library), that doesn't require at least a half hour's drive. I want to live in a place that doesn't close down at 9pm.

Life is too short for drama & petty things,
so kiss slowly,
Love truly and forgive quickly
